1. Who we are

FoxCrop ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected on foxcrop.com.br and foxcrop.com. For any privacy matter, including contacting our data protection officer, write to info@foxcrop.com.

2. What data we collect

• Data you send us: name, WhatsApp number, business name, type of business (restaurant or supplier), approximate number of business partners and your quiz answers.
• Referrals: if you refer other businesses, we keep their name and WhatsApp number.
• Demo: the phone number typed into the demo, if you provide it.
• Browsing data: pages visited, where the visit came from (such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), browser, device and IP address.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel): only if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice.

3. What we use it for

• Managing the waitlist and contacting you on WhatsApp about the launch and your access to FoxCrop.
• Understanding your business so we can prepare the right access for you.
• Introducing FoxCrop to the businesses you referred.
• Measuring site usage and the results of our ads.
• Protecting the site against abuse and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (LGPD)

Steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest, for the waitlist and contacting you. Consent, for analytics and advertising cookies and for sending data to Meta. Legitimate interest, for referrals and security. Compliance with a legal obligation, where applicable.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• the hosting and database providers that run the site;
• Google (Google Analytics), for usage statistics, if you accept cookies;
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads, if you accept cookies. In that case, when you join the list, we send Meta your phone number in encrypted (hashed) form so it can confirm whether the sign-up came from an ad. Meta does not receive your name or your business name;
• public authorities, when required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we adopt the safeguards required by the LGPD.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or for up to 24 months after our last contact. A referred business's data is deleted as soon as it asks. Cookies follow the retention periods set by Google and Meta.

8. Your rights

At any time, you can: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, request portability, find out who we share it with and withdraw your consent. Just write to info@foxcrop.com. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Cookies

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
